Rates

Bookings are considered as confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, deductible on departure if ithe stay takes place as agreed. In case of less than or equal to a 2 nights stay, the total amount is due upon booking. In case of early departure, the total amount is due, no deduction can be made. For reservations canceled or amended after final confirmation, the Hotelier must be compensated for the loss sustained. This compensation is guaranteed by the deposit payment.

• Between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date: 30% of the whole stay
• Between 20 and 11 days before the arrival date: 50% of the whole stay
• Between 10 and the day of arrival: 100% of the whole stay If cancellation, any difference between the deposit and the cancellation fee is due

For any cancellation subject to a refund, fees amounting to € 20 will be retained.
